Where it all began...
Nine Spoons began around an old family recipe. Often, you don’t realize just how unique and special the dish is until you begin sharing it.
Feeding nine growing children was a daily challenge for my grandmother. She would adjust her recipes in creative ways to make sure everyone was fed, full, and happy.
When she perfected her Wedding Soup recipe, the meal quickly became a cherished family favorite. Because this soup required two days to make, it was served only on special occasions.
To this day, we still maintain her same exacting standards and high-quality ingredients, and we’re delighted to share our unique family recipe soup with your family – for any occasion.
